The project seeks to attract small and medium-sized businesses and investors who are looking to buy their own offices or invest in already rented commercial real estate within a high-quality business center environment that offers Class-A specifications. This investment model has two significant advantages: firstly, the property's potential for significant capital gains due to its location in an upcoming and undervalued area, and secondly, the high and secure yearly return on investment from existing tenants and/or cost savings for those who own the office space.
Despite the robust activity in the market, smaller investors and small to medium-sized firms have limited or no opportunity to purchase space within large class A office projects.
