Hyperion Towers newly-renovated Class A office project 1200 800 maxim

TC Capital presents the Hyperion Towers, a flexible, reasonably-priced, and newly-renovated Class A office projects, with a total investment of EUR 14 millions.

After an extensive renovation process, the Hyperion Towers office project was introduced by TC Capital, a property investment and development company situated in Romania and headed by the Turkish entrepreneur Ali Çapa. The project has a total investment of 14 million euros.

Located on Pipera Boulevard, one of the rapidly growing areas of Bucharest, the Hyperion Towers project includes two buildings that offer a total of 40,000 sqm gross leasable space for Class A offices. TC Capital's representatives have stated that the project introduces significant commercial innovations to the local real estate market.

Benefiting from a strategic location, the project is conveniently situated within a 5-minute distance from the Aurel Vlaicu and Pipera metro stations, and within 10 minutes from Charles de Gaulle square. This allows easy access to the airport, the city center, and major commercial and social hubs, such as Promenda Mall. The buildings have excellent visibility and exposure, and are easily accessible through public transportation, including bus lines 135 and 112, and a free shuttle service available for tenants to the Aurel Vlaicu subway station.

“We decided to acquire this project because we believe that there is significant business potential in the area. Hyperion Towers located on Pipera Boulevard, in the northern part of Bucharest, and is in close proximity to the Floreasca business hub. This location benefits from good connectivity with the rest of the city, thanks to bridges and road expansions. Furthermore, this part of Pipera is more accessible than other popular office hubs. There is a growing demand in the real estate market for flexible, reasonably-priced, and newly-renovated Class A office projects, especially among medium-sized companies who have limited options in terms of apartment buildings, villas, or B Class office spaces.”, stated Ali Çapa, CEO of TC Capital.

The 12-story steel buildings were designed with flexibility in mind, featuring a 1,650 square meter floor plate centered around a core that can be easily divided into office spaces ranging from 200 to 1,600 square meters, accommodating businesses of any size. Each floor boasts two terraces, providing shared areas with breathtaking views of the city. The façade has been renovated, and the reception area has been extended and remodeled to showcase a striking design that sets the tone for the upper floors. The ground floor of the Hyperion Towers includes amenities such as a cafeteria, shops, and restaurants. Other noteworthy features include high-quality VRV systems for heating, cooling, and ventilation, generators that cover 100% of the needed energy, six passenger and two service elevators per building, operable façade windows (a rare feature in modern office buildings), and refurbished office floors. The complex also has more than 400 underground parking spaces.
